Steps to Setting up your new Rep for Success

Within the first 24 hours after signing up, have the new rep:

1) Write 6 short term goals
2) Write 6 long term goals
3) Ask them to write down their “Why?” (Why are you doing this business? It should be a strong personal reason, that could make you cry)
4) Make a list of 100 names
5) Call them with their ACN Representative ID#

Within 48 hours, have the new rep:

1) Go to www.acninc.com and click on the tab: My ACN for Reps then click on the "Training" Tab
2) Click on the “Staying in phase 1” icon and watch video "Phase 1" with Danny Bae
3) Go back and click on "Compensation Plan" icon and watch video
4) Go back to “Staying in Phase 1” and watch “Customer Acquisition” by Patrick Maser.
5) Go to www.uniteam1.com and click on “getting started” at the bottom of the page.
6) Go back and click on: Training Materials and download “Step by Step to Success” and “Success Tracker”. Ask the new rep to read them and read them again! Then dial (212)990-6339. After the rep listens to the message, ask them to call you to discuss "being part of the team." Ask the rep what their role is. They should say, "Finding three to get three." Now it's time to get to work.
Get their list out and identify the top 15 people. Make sure that you wirte these names and numbers also.
7)Go back to the list and identify 7 people you love, and 7 people who owe you a favor. Before you call these people, find out what services are available in their area. Train the rep to know if ACN offers local and long distance or only digital service. Help them become a customer first.

Your goals:

1) Get them 10 points and 2 video phones
2) Schedule: emergency meeting within 24-48 hours
3) Schedule: a grand opening meeting
